WHO WE ARE
Moms Running is a mission based global consultancy founded and led by Rielly Karsh, a political mom with a big goal: redefine motherhood. Inspired by her experiences in both corporate America and then later on the campaign trail, Moms Running was born out of the frustration that moms are often undervalued and overlooked.
Rielly is a frequent writer, keynote speaker, expert panelist, and group trainer; who often works with grassroots organizations, political organizations, corporations, mom-entrepreneur groups, and other like-minded organizations on the realities of women and moms in politics, business, and corporate America today.
what we do
Moms Running is uniquely positioned to address the needs of moms around the world. We meet moms where they are, whether in board rooms, lecture halls, or one on one. We provide a mom centered support system historically absent from global politics, tapping into resources from around the world and breaking through cultural barriers to ensure more moms are at the decision making tables.
In addition to Rielly’s writing and public speaking engagements, Moms Running provides hands on training for moms entering the political fray, an online Moms Running Network where moms can connect and collaborate, free resources for new to politics moms, and a variety of learning opportunities. Moms Running works in a unique system to cross the boundaries between politics, motherhood, entrpreneurship, and personal empowerment, reaching out to moms from all walks of life.

We are dedicated to the idea that gender parity is essential for the future success of our geopolitical environment. We work with partners around the globe to ensure that gender parity won’t take another 200 years.
Our mission at Moms Running is to redefine & empower motherhood; to ensure that people in power, decision makers, voters, employers, and candidates alike, all understand that moms skills are ideal political, business, and life skills.
